Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You must also have the original receipt or proof of purchase. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days of receiving your order.
Non-Returnable Items
Based on our product offerings, the following items are non-returnable:
- Women’s High Heels: Due to hygiene reasons, high heels cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective.
Return & Exchange Process
- Contact Us: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and details about the product you would like to return or exchange.
- Receive Instructions: Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how to return your item.
- Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation. Attach the RMA number to the outside of the package.
- Ship Your Item: Send the package to the address provided by our customer service team. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
- Receive Refund or Exchange: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, and exchanges will be shipped to you as soon as possible.
Refund Timeline & Method
Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
